This session of chair yoga will meet you where you are, allowing you to bring stretching, rest, and relaxation into your day without requiring a yoga mat or change of clothes. The session will incorporate gentle breathing techniques to invite mindfulness into the session at the outset, and then we'll move through poses you can do at a chair, couch, or bed. Modifications will be offered, and all are welcome.
