About me
Margaret Culbertson is the Librarian at Bayou Bend’s Kitty King Powell Library, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, where she is also Project Director of the William J. Hill Texas Artisans and Artists Archive. After receiving a BA in Art History from Rice University and an MS in Library Service from Columbia University, she served as the Architecture and Art Librarian at the University of Houston and Library Director of the Hirsch Library at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, before moving to the Powell Library in 2010. Ms. Culbertson has published extensively in the fields of architectural history and art librarianship.
