About me
K. Sarah Ostrach (she/her) is the Art & Architecture Librarian at Rice University, further liaising with the Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin American & LatinX Studies programs. Her passion as a liaison librarian is for outreach and instruction, bringing effective teaching strategies to information literacy, visual literacy, and the skills of inquiry. K. Sarah has a dual bachelor's degree in art history and Hispanic literature. She has master degrees in East Asian art history and Library & Information Science. Outside of the library, she fills her time chasing a toddler, lifting heavy barbells, and trying to remember how to play the clarinet.
